Anne Horvath listed in Doyles Guide

Experienced Banco barrister Anne Horvath as been recognised as a preeminent junior counsel by the Doyles guide to leading professional indemnity barristers (NSW). Anne is one of just two practitioners to be ranked in the preeminent category. She is an experienced advocate and is regularly briefed in litigation concerning insurance, professional negligence, but also general commercial disputes.

Anne is also frequently briefed to appear in disciplinary proceedings in which she has appeared for various regulators and for professionals such as doctors, lawyers and accountants. She regularly appears in coronial inquests for interested parties and witnesses, as well as in the role of counsel assisting.
