Kellie is a barrister with a broad commercial practice and in-depth experience in general commercial disputes. Her experience includes financial services, insurance, corporations, tax and insolvency cases and class actions. She has worked extensively on complex, large-scale disputes, including cases with a cross-border element.
Kellie works across a range of sectors, including professional services, automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, banking and financial services and telecommunications.
Unled appearance work is also a mainstay of Kellie’s practice, and she is regularly briefed to appear in superior courts.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Kellie was a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London and an Associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques. She has over a decade of experience in overseeing complex, high profile and high value litigation before courts and tribunals in Australia, England & Wales, the United States, European jurisdictions and the Cayman Islands.
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne. She is qualified in both Australia and in England & Wales and has language skills in French, Italian and Mandarin Chinese.
