Jacqueline accepts briefs in all areas of law but has enduring expertise, practical experience and deep interest in all aspects of competition and consumer protection law. Jacqueline also practices in broader regulatory investigations and proceedings, corporate crime, inquiries and commissions, general commercial litigation and class actions.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Jacqueline was a Senior Associate at King & Wood Mallesons and a Senior Lawyer at the Australian Government Solicitor, where she advised and acted on a wide range of complex competition and consumer investigations and proceedings, together with broader regulatory disputes and class actions.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Macquarie University. She also holds a Master of Competition and Consumer Law (Hons I) from the University of Melbourne, where she lectures in cartel laws.

In her time as a solicitor, Jacqueline was listed in Doyle’s Guide as a Competition & Consumer Protection Law Rising Star (2021). The Legal 500 Guide 2023 described Jacqueline as being ‘a standout senior associate. She is extremely hard-working, dedicated, thoughtful and a genuine pleasure to work with no matter how challenging the task.’
