Grace has a broad commercial practice. She is regularly briefed unled in final and interlocutory hearings, and as junior counsel in larger and appellate matters.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Grace was Associate to the Hon Robert French, Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia, and practiced for seven years in commercial litigation at Gilbert + Tobin. She has also lectured in administrative, commercial and corporate law at the Australian National University.
Grace received her Master of Laws from New York University, where she studied as the recipient of a John Monash Scholarship and a Hauser Global Scholarship. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University, graduating with numerous prizes including first place in law and first place in honours in law.
