Brandon accepts briefs in all areas of law. Prior to coming to the Bar, Brandon was a solicitor at Allens, with a focus on commercial litigation, regulatory disputes and class actions. He also acted pro bono for applicants in public and administrative law proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
Brandon was an Associate at the Federal Court of Australia to the former Chief Justice, the Hon James Allsop AC and the Hon Justice John Griffiths.
Brandon received his Bachelor of International Security Studies and Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) from the Australia National University, graduating with the University Medal in Law and the ACT Supreme Court Judge’s Prize for the top honours mark at graduation. During his university studies, he also worked for several years at the Australian Government Solicitor.
Brandon has lectured in Administrative Law at the Australian National University and his writing has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including the Federal Law Review, Australian Business Law Review and Journal of Civil Litigation & Practice.
