Anne has been litigating cases for 28 years. She practices widely in commercial litigation, insurance contracts disputes, professional negligence and class actions, providing advice across a wide range of legal areas, and appearing in trials, applications and appeals.
Anne is frequently briefed in disciplinary proceedings both for regulators and professionals. She appears in statutory inquiries and inquests, both as counsel assisting and for interested parties.
Devoted to her ipad and laptop, Anne is working towards largely paperless briefs. To make this process as seamless as possible, Anne has prepared this short note.
